Digital Media Client Specialist

Duties
- Support DAE's and work with the sales account executives (AE) and their clients to ensure successful digital and web advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and develop concepts for digital ad campaigns and provide customer service support for station clients.
- Provide clerical support for the department, processing online and mobile advertising contracts, obtaining creative materials and helping oversee successful digital campaign execution.
- Provide customer service support to sales execs and station clients and troubleshooting assistance for creative campaigns.
Experience Level
- A high school diploma.
- Familiarity with web technologies.
- Working knowledge of Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Office programs.
- Experience with programmatic* advertising.
- Online advertising trafficking, sales coordinator/planner or related experience is a plus.
*Programmatic advertising is the automated bidding and placement of ads on a given platform using machine learning and AI.
