IT Engineer

Duties

• Builds and implements IT solutions to technological problems.
• Helps to resolve IT-related issues, including diagnosing staff desktops, laptops as well as configuring PC hardware, installing RAM, video cards and more.
• Designs operating system standards and deployment processes.
• Assists staff in configuring handheld devices to access company networks, which include cell phones and other electronic devices used to connect to the internet.
• Installs and maintains studio and production hardware and software, including satellite and telephone systems, automation and scheduling systems, audio codecs, consoles, microphones and other analog and digital studio and remote broadcast systems.

Experience Level

• Four-year college degree in a technological field, although an exceptional candidate with a minimum of a two-year associate degree or technical school training specifically in IT, electronics ore a related field, or equivalent work experience, might be considered.
• Additional technical certifications are a plus.
